How secure is my personal information?

EliteCrate adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

How can I pay?

Here at EliteCratewe accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER or AMEX, whether your card is locally issued or a foreign-issued one. 

Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, EliteCrate successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many satisfied customers around the globe.

Where is my confirmation email?

Elite Crate automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history

Where is my receipt?

Your Elite Crate invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotional. 

Can I Send My Order as a Gift?

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at support@elitecrate.com

When will I receive my items?

All items are made to order and will ship out within 48 hours. More than 85% of our orders are delivered within 2 weeks of order date. All items are shipped via USPS and all have tracking numbers for your peace of mind. 

What are the shipping rates world wide?

Currently for our retail items, we are offering FREE International Insured Shipping for orders over $50. If your order is under $50, the shipping fee for our Insured Shipping and Handling will start at $4.95.

Why some items are free and on the checkout I still have to pay?

We offer "FREE" of charge on selected products. These products must be cleared from our warehouse. Most of them are in limited quantities. You will have to pay for shipping (can vary from 3.95$ to 5.95$ depending on the item weight and size) and for the handling part (can vary from 2.00$ to 4.00$). Since these are clearance items, they take some space in our warehouse and we pay people to handle them, same for shipping.  

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Is the quality guaranteed? 

Yes 100% guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your product, please check out the Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund? 

Yes within 30 days of purchase. Elite Crate is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you! The product must be sent back in its original package and intact. However the refund does not apply to free plus shipping items.

I Received the wrong item.

If you have received an order with the wrong item – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.
